Shipping Policy
Shipping locations: all United states exclude Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Turnaround: All orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
Carriers:
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
UPS, FedEx, Daylight, Estes, Roadrunner Transportation and some other freight carriers.
Order Tracking:
We will update your order with the tracking information as soon as tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier.
Return Policy:
Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% – 25% of the purchase price and return shipping fees.
Customers may request a full refund before door has been shipped. Doors usually ship within 2-5 business days. customers can return the item within 30 days of shipment in original packaging. Full refund won’t apply to the shipped items.
Refund will be issued to the same account.
Items should be returned in the original box. Refund won’t be issued for items without the original box.
